I'm waiting for my bro now. Listening Party in the USA by Miley Cyrus and An Deiner Seite Ich Bin Da by Tokio Hotel. Lilo* is sleepin near the curtain. Fiji is sleeping under the bed. I'm in Cyberjaya now. I haven't gone to school for a couple of days. Like we're learning. Year six students normally go on fieldtrips. There's gonna be two field trips outside Kedah. One to Kuala Lumpur and Port Dickson. Totally not interested. The other is Cameron Highlands. Too lazy to join. Today, my friend texted me about how fun the `Jamuan Raya' is at school. I had Chipsmore for breakfast at 10:15 a.m. Got seven hours of sleep. Slept at three something. Well, Sayonara amigas!
*Lilo is the grey Maine Coon kitty my dad got. More about her later.

UPSR... Hooray for us!
HI! Today, I'll be telling you guys about my exam in September. UPSR was okay. On the first day,I had BM pemahaman- ever so tough. BM penulisan- just fine. The essay part is kida lame. And Maths paper two. Boy, it was a piece of cake. Teachers handed out masks, and pencils. When I was climbing on the stairs in the morning, I was wondering how the invigilators would look like. I sat through the exams for that day with sweat pouring down everywhere. Why? The fans were not turned on.
The second day, I had to sit for Maths paper one. It was not so easy, yet not so hard. After that, we had this revision session. For English and Science. The English one was way dull. The hall was cramped with hungry students. Probably hungry for food(it was the fasting month) or hungry for freedom.
The last day, English paper one was easy. I took less than half an hour to complete the paper. Then English paper two. My fave part in the exams, Section C( essay based on pixs) turned me down. The pixs were such a bore. Those papers were after Science. Science was OK. I answered the Qs without fail. Some of my answers in the subjuective section were `merapu'. Then, we had a break after the five subjects. My mom visited me and we took a drive around the area.
Aptitude test. SIXTY ONE questions. The questions are based on common sense, our liking and what not. At 4.00 p.m., the 12-year olds of SK Taman Uda were jumping for joy. So, that's the experience for me takin the UPSR exam.

A new member to our home.

SO CUtE!!! FIJI is so cute!!! Okay. Let's start from the beginning. My dad calls me and my sis to go downstairs and pick up some stuff from the car.(we live in a condo, my dad- home on weekends) In our heads, the usual, laundry, laptop bag and more laundry.
It was a windy, drizzling night( 9.00p.m.). We waited for my dad's car to park at the usual parking spot. My dad arrives. My sis opened the front door (I headed for the boot) out came a loud mew. My sis screams and jumped backwards. I scurried to the door and OMG. SO CUTE!!! FIJI was mewing in his/her carrier. My sis carries FIJI upstairs. I carried FIJI's milk powder and cat food. That night, we were oohing and ahhing at FIJI. My mom called FIJI ~ Puffy and then Diddy. My sis and I were arguing with our mom coz we don't want Fiji to be called Puffy or Diddy(we don't want a kitten to be called after a rapper). So that night, we were cooing over Fiji.
So today, Fiji's second day in Kedah, Fiji settled in a bit. Fiji played a lot today. One thing we didn't get~ why Fiji drinks about two to three licks of milk? Anyway, we went out- bought a carrier/cage, cat litter and came back home. We decided to give the kitten the name Fiji. Since we think the name is unisex. We don't know if Fiji is female or male. So Fiji the kitten it is. BTW, we don't know what breed Fiji is, but Fiji is SO CUTE!!!
So that's the end of today's history. My dad thinks Fiji is a male(2 secs ago). Hmmm... oh yeah, my trial ended recently. I'll tell ya later tomorrow or the next day. So cya later.
I wonder if my cat Tori will react... We'll find out...

Maths and Science in BM??? You've got to be kidding me!
Last two days, shocking news were announced. Maths and Science. In Bahasa Malaysia. It will start in 2012. I understand the policy had been changed by the politicians who had been pressured by some old dudes. No students involved in pressuring the government to revert. They would never ask what the students want. Students don't really exist in their world.
I've been learning mathematics and science for six years, and you know what? I'm used to it in english. I liked it that way. I learned about interesting stuff through the years. Things like microorganisms, fractions(okay. they are'nt THAT interesting.).Along the way, I discovered new words, concepts from the internet and many more. Day by day, I settle in more to those things. With my interest in reading, it makes this a whole lot easier. So, Maths and Science is way more cooler in english.
My peers are also used to Maths and Science in english. We were frustrated by the news. Last Thursday, we sat together during reccess and discussed about it (we were really pissed). One of my good friends, NAA (I won't use real names just codes) were on my side. My other friend (in another class) said better a bilingual thingy... I've seen questions in BM. They were like so... Hard, confusing. I prefer english more. Those unknown politicians (I'm not interested in politics just my dad) just think 'bout stuff that students don't really care. But why? Why do they have to change Maths and Science to BM? Can't they let it be? No. They just can't. They had to change it. Yeah. WE (students of my clique and many more) truly and will always not agree with those politicians. We believe our friends in rural areas (were not friends really) can excell if they were given a chance to learn it in english. Why treat us like guinea pigs? Why I tell you? Why?
Universities now, mostly of the subjects are in English. International universities too. Students need to prepare in an early age. If they start late, it might take a longer time to get into their brains. So, Maths and Science should be taught in English. That's it. No changes. Nu-uh.
